EPS Capital Corp., Inc. is a U.S.-based energy efficiency project development and financing company that provides energy efficiency and financial consulting services to energy services companies (ESCOs), end-use facility owners and financial entities in targeted International markets.

The principals of EPS Capital have been active In the performance contracting ESCO industry since its inception in the U.S. in 1981.

They have formed ESCOs in 10 countries and developed performance-based energy efficiency projects (EEPs) in over 25 countries.

Most recently, EPS Capital formed Energy Efficiency Project Finance Company Ltd. in Hong Kong to manage a $100 million private equity fund that will finance EEPs in the Peoples Republic of China.
