Every year, the Alliance to Save Energy recognizes deserving companies and individuals for their outstanding commitment and contributions to energy efficiency. This year, for our 30th year anniversary, we are delighted to honor the following Stars of Energy Efficiency Award recipients:
- Chairman's Award - Jones Lang LaSalle
- Charles H. Percy Award for Public Service - Western Governors' Association
- This is the Alliance’s most prestigious award. It is presented to an individual or organization in the public or private sector in recognition of an outstanding public service contribution and/or a lifetime commitment to energy efficiency.
- Lifetime Achievement Award - Dr. John H. Gibbons
Star of Energy Efficiency Awards
These awards recognize organizations/companies, learning institutions, state offices, and government programs for their efforts to promote energy efficiency domestically and/or overseas.
- Galaxy Star - The Home Depot
- Organizations with more than $150 million in annual revenue
- Super Nova Star - Orion Energy Systems
- Organizations with less than $150 million in annual revenue
- Andromeda Star - National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners
- Organizations with less than $10 million in annual revenue
- International Star - International Energy Agency
- Recognizes the outstanding contributions to energy efficiency achieved through special projects or activities overseas that are led by public or private organizations/companies, learning institutions or government agencies based outside of the U.S. territories
