September 20th, 2007 marked the 15th Annual Evening with the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner. With escalating energy costs and an ever-increasing global demand for energy, there has never been a greater time to pause and recognize the efforts of those working to advance energy efficiency.
During this historical evening the Alliance to Save Energy celebrated its 30th anniversary and honored the 2007 Stars of Energy Efficiency Award recipients, who have demonstrated a significant and tangible commitment to the cause of energy efficiency. The awards gala also featured a look back on the Alliance's thirty-year history while recognizing distinguished guests who impacted the organization's illustrious past and will help shape its promising future.
