The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), through its Subcommittee on Buildings Technology Research and Development (BTRD), is responsible for Federal R&D priorities planning for the building technologies of tomorrow. To support public and private sector input into this planning process, BTRD is hosting a 1½ day workshop on net zero energy, high performance green building technologies. During the Workshop, diverse representatives from government, academia, and the private sector will have the opportunity to review and provide input into key recommendations to the draft report Federal R&D Priorities for Net Zero Energy, High Performance Green Buildings as well as related high priority federally funded R&D activities in buildings technology. In addition, participants will discuss strategies for ongoing and expanded collaboration among all stakeholders.
