Great Energy Efficiency Day 2009The 2009 GEED—which took place on March 3, 2009, in Washington, DC—was an outstanding event. The highlight? An inspiring keynote address by the new Secretary of Energy, Dr. Steven Chu, who spoke to a packed room in the Dirksen Senate Office Building about the major role energy efficiency will play in America's energy portfolio.
