Intro to the Clean Air Act Seminar

The role of clean energy in Clean Air Act requirements is receiving increasing attention.  New EPA rules for both greenhouse gas and non-greenhouse gas emissions increasingly point to energy efficiency and clean energy as effective compliance techniques. The Alliance to Save Energy and the Business Council for Sustainable Energy will conduct an “EPA 101” educational session for their associates and members to help demystify the Clean Air Act and the role of clean energy solutions.

Those in attendance will walk away with a working knowledge of pertinent portions of the Clean Air Act and a basic familiarity with the relevant issues facing clean energy in the coming months and years. The session will provide an opportunity to begin strategic discussions of how clean energy businesses can help regulated industries, EPA, and the states achieve their Clean Air Act obligations.
