TVSpotlight On: NASCAR Angels TV Show Promotes Alliance Drive $marter ChallengeNASCAR Angels TV show crew chief Rick Hunter walks viewers through the Alliance to Save Energy's Drive $marter Challenge savings calculator, which demonstrates how many hundreds of dollars viewers can save with their specific vehicle by taking six driving and maintenance actions. Summer B-RollThe Alliance to Save Energy offers B-roll footage to meet your reporting needs on major stories: rising electricity prices & expiration of electricity price caps, gasoline prices, summer heat and weather stories—trying to keep cool, federal tax credits for energy efficiency home improvements and vehicles, tips to lower energy bills.
Alliance, NYSERDA Super Powers Message Lights up Broadway
The energy efficiency message takes front and center stage on Broadway. The huge Panasonic Board high above Times Square spotlights the Alliance to Save Energy's Super Powers PSA with its home energy efficiency and ENERGY STAR message. (See the Times Square Super Powers PSAs). 'Static Electricity House' PSA "Static Electricity House" highlights a family's wild experiment to deal with high energy prices by powering their home with static electricity. The spot was judged #2 greatest commercial in the world in 2002. It has been rereleased in 2005 along with Super Powers.'Did You Know' TV You'll be surprised by what you didn't know about energy when you view these short, animated videos or stills to music. They can also be used on TV as TV bumpers.'Energy Science Fair' PSA The Alliance continues its humorous, TV advertising approach highlighting wild energy-saving experiments by diverse elementary school students vying for top prizes for experiments that save the most energy.501c3 Status Letter
