The 17th Annual Evening With the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner

September 17th, 2009 will mark the 17th Annual Evening With the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner. With an ever-increasing global demand for energy, there has never been a greater time to pause and recognize the efforts of those working to advance energy efficiency.

Now in its 17th year, the Evening With the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner has become a highly anticipated event in the energy efficiency community, typically drawing more than 500 energy leaders from industry, government and academia.

This phenomenal interest, coupled with the success of the 2008 Dinner, will result in the largest and most diverse Evening With the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner in its 17 year history!

Evening With the Stars of Energy Efficiency Award Dinner sponsorships are available at five levels—Shooting Star, Shining Star, Star Sponsor, Star Champion or Star Advocate—all of which will provide your organization with unparalleled visibility and benefits. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • Shooting Star and Corporate Co-Chair – $40,000 (Approximately $37,500 of which is tax deductible): Two premier tables of ten; including twenty invitations to the VIP Reception. Opportunity to provide brief welcome remarks at the Dinner and acknowledgement in all printed materials, including the dinner program.
  • Shining Star – $20,000 (Approximately $18,750 of which is tax deductible): One premier table of ten; including ten invitations to the VIP Reception. Acknowledgement in all printed materials, including the dinner program.
  • Star Sponsor – $10,000 (Approximately $8,750 of which is tax deductible): One table of ten and acknowledgement in all printed materials, including the dinner program.
  • Star Champion – $2,000 (Approximately $1,875 of which is tax deductible): One seat at the dinner and one invitation to the VIP Reception.
  • Star Advocate – $1,000 (Approximately $875 of which is tax deductible): One seat at the dinner.

VENUE

The 2009 Evening With the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner will be held at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium, located at 1301 Constitution Ave., NW, Washington, DC. Part of the Federal Triangle, the Auditorium is one of the greatest examples of classic revival architecture in the country, as well as the Government's largest auditorium for ceremonies, receptions, and other events. The Auditorium is a sought-after spot for gala events and will likely make for a visually stunning and unforgettable evening.
