Donald Wulfinghoff's Energy Efficiency Manual is very comprehensive and includes an extensive section on the hotel industry.
Sustainable Tourism Management
This book includes recommendations, especially for developing countries, on how to develop a sustainable tourism policy. The focus is on governmental initiative, proper control of tourist numbers, conservation, and domestic share of the economic profit of tourism. Case studies are provided for each developing country mentioned.

Energy Star Building Upgrade Manual
This manual is a guide to practical and profitable energy-efficiency renovations and upgrades that will improve the energy performance of buildings. By following the recommendations in the manual, energy savings of 35 percent or more are possible.
