Graziella joined the Alliance staff in January 2010 after completing graduate studies in environmental policy. At the Alliance to Save Energy, Ms. Siciliano divides her time between two projects: the Clean and Efficient Energy Program for Public Power (CEEP) which promotes energy efficiency in the public power sector, and a research project analyzing energy efficient procurement in the federal sector for the Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP).
Previous to joining the alliance, Ms. Siciliano worked as a consultant for a public power utility in Africa and completed graduate studies focused on sustainability issues in the electricity sector. In addition, Ms. Siciliano spent three years in community-level program design, implementation and management in the microfinance and social service fields.
Graziella has an undergraduate degree in political science from Butler University (2002) in Indianapolis. She completed her master’s degree in international relations with a focus in economics and environmental policy at the Johns Hopkins University-School of Advanced International Studies in 2009.
