Alexia Jordan
Alexia Jordan is the Manager of Stakeholder Relations at the Alliance to Save Energy, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement and strengthen partnerships across the energy efficiency sector. Alexia joined the Alliance in early 2023 as the Administrative Assistant for Strategic Initiatives and quickly progressed to Senior Policy and Research Specialist before assuming her current leadership role in December 2023.
Alexia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Montclair State University. Her diverse career spans multiple industries, including User Experience (UX) Design, Program Coordination, and User Research operations. Previously Alexia served as Lead UX Designer/Researcher at Chump Change, a Program Coordinator at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and a User Research Operations Specialist at Generation Focus.
Throughout her career, Alexia has honed a unique skill set that combines strategic problem-solving with adaptability. Her multidisciplinary experience enables her to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions, making her a valuable asset to the Alliance's mission of promoting energy efficiency.
