Susan Rochford is Vice President, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Public Policy for Legrand North America and Central America. In this capacity she sets the strategy to advance Legrand's commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), and drives the achievement of long-term environmental, community and customer related goals. She also spearheads the company’s public policy initiatives and is a member of the Executive Committee.

Rochford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a certificate from the Institute for International Studies and Training (Japan). She is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the Greenbiz Executive Network, and the MAPI Sustainability Council. She also serves as Vice Chair of the NEMA High Performance Building Council and Chair of the Alliance to Save Energy Systems Efficiency Initiative sub-committee. She is a winner of the 2017 Women in Sustainability Leadership Award, conferred by Green Building & Design. Rochford is the co-author of numerous policy reports and white papers addressing sustainable energy policy and high performance buildings.
