Energy 2030 On the Road Bringing Nationwide Campaign to Double Energy Productivity to the Southeast

WHAT: The Alliance to Save Energy, Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA), and ASHRAE are cohosting the next Energy 2030 On the Road event in Atlanta, Georgia on June 23. Continuing the momentum from previous campaign stops, the event will encourage energy efficiency stakeholders in the Southeast to endorse the goal to double our nation’s energy productivity by the year 2030.

The Southeast event will bring together state and local policymakers, business leaders and advocates of energy productivity to illustrate how this ambitious national goal can be achieved in the southeast U.S. Panelists will discuss opening investment opportunities in energy productivity throughout the economy, strategies for modernizing regulations and infrastructure to improve energy productivity, as well as tactics for educating and engaging consumers, workers, business executives and government leaders on ways to drive energy productivity gains.

There will be opportunity for questions from the audience and members of the press.
