Jeff Feinberg
Jeff Feinberg was named Senior Manager, Energy Services and Customer Innovations at Snohomish County PUD in September of 2022. Prior to this role he has held various leadership positions in the Customer and Energy Services Division for the last 7 years. Currently his team implements and delivers Energy Efficiency, Energy Assistance, and all other customer facing programs across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial segments. Jeff’s team works across divisions to satisfy several regulatory, policy, and fiscal accountabilities while designing customer centric solutions to the unique challenges facing the utility industry.
Before joining the utility, Jeff served in retail and non-profit management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and Masters of Divinity from Gateway Seminary. In addition to serving his community in Public Power, Jeff loves following his kids around playing baseball, snowboarding, paddleboarding, attending gymnastics meets, or playing soccer.
