On March 9, the Alliance honored two energy efficiency advocates – Al Stayman of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee and Terry Tyborowski of the Energy and Water Development Subcommittee – with the “Unsung Heroes” award, intended for those who have worked tirelessly and effectively but who have not yet been recognized for their contributions.
